Warranty and Return
Limited Warranty
Power Queen.fr warrants to the original purchaser that all products have been rigorously tested by our quality controllers prior to shipment and are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal consumer use.
Warranty Period
All LiFePO4 batteries come with a 5-year warranty if used properly as per the manual. We provide a proportional warranty for defective performance of the products when used properly and in accordance with the user manual. Power Queen offers accessories such as 2-year warranty on battery chargers, 3-year warranty on MPPT controllers and 1-year warranty on solar panels. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not apply in the event of negligence or misuse of the battery. :
- Damage caused by improper installation: loose terminals, undersized wiring, incorrect connections (series and parallel) for voltage and Ah requirements, or connections with reversed polarity.
- Damage due to environmental factors: improper storage, extreme heat or cold, fire, freezing or water damage.
- Damage caused by collisions.
- Damage due to improper maintenance, undercharging or overloading of the product or improper connections.
- Product opened, modified or manipulated.
- Product used in an application not intended, including starting engines.
- Product used with oversized inverter/charger (over 3500W) without approved inrush current limiter.
- Undersized product, including for air conditioners or high starting current equipment without an approved inrush current limiting device.
- Product not stored in accordance with storage guidelines, including in a low battery condition.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if the Power Queen product is defective upon arrival or the order is cancelled. This only applies to products purchased directly from Power Queen.co.uk.
Back
After receiving your return request by email, we will contact you within 24 hours. The return must include all accessories.
Exchange
We offer an exchange service in the following cases:
- The product is defective and cannot be repaired.
- We sent the wrong item.
- We delivered to an incorrect address.
Shipping Costs
If the return is initiated by the consumer, he will bear the shipping costs, depending on the chosen carrier.
If, for internal reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for shipping costs.
(1) If the error is our fault, Power Queen covers the return costs.
Examples:
- Defective product beyond repair.
- Wrong item sent.
- Incorrect shipping address.
- Duplicate submission.
Noticed : If customer claims item is defective/damaged, proof is required before return.
(2) For returns not related to quality and subjective reasons, the shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.
(3)For warranty repairs outside France, Italy and Spain, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to the warehouse.
Power Queen will provide a prepaid return label and deduct the return shipping costs from the refund. Note that for orders with special shipping charges, actual charges apply depending on the region.
Once the approved return is received, we check the condition of the item. If defective, the refund is processed within 3 business days.
